Larmer proved to be a 6th round steal from the 1980 draft, winning the Calder Trophy in 1983 with 43 goals and 90 points and setting the NHL record with 9 game-winning goals as a rookie. The Blackhawks star began his career with 11 straight 70-point seasons, including a career-high 101 points in 1991. He later won a Canada Cup in 1992 and a Stanley Cup with the Rangers in 1994. Steve retired in 1995 with 1,012 points in 1,006 games.
